Uncharted Wildwoods Achievements

So far the only ones I am having difficulty with are Kannigust and Incapacitate Clean. I have scoured the map and for the love of me cannot find the former, and the most I can do with the latter is make his health bar pop up via Electric charged attack. Are these 2 bugged, not implemented, or what?

They're both implemented; they happen as a result of cutscene choices.

Kannigust is an easier one; try talking to Erltavire in P4M4, things should be more obvious from there.

For Clean, you'll need a specific range of Ideals and a specific time window for it; there's a reason it's in Hard and not required to unlock anything :P
