I can't launch the game.

Whenever i download and and trying to launch BF Hardline from steam, i doesn't work.
On first launch, my EA App says "an error on our end caused your launch to fail, try again a little later. When i launched for the second time, my battlelog said "You are already running another Battlelog game, please exit this game first." I personally contacted EA Help 3 times and none of them was helpful either. Is there a fix i don't know becuase i'm sick and tired of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Game used to work a year ago, can't launch it now either. Can't find any info about it and I can't even launch campaign.
