How to launch the game

If there is anyone who can explain to me how to launch the game, that'll be great, thanks. I have the game on Steam (obviously), on start the game opens your default browser for Battlelog, where you choose how you want to play (multi or campaign), on clicking play, then asks for Origin (which is defunct, only EA app is now), if you don't have it, it provides a link to install, after installing and clicking play in the EA app, the Battlelog opens again, and you are right where you started from. Choose multi or campaign, click play, opens EA app, then clicking play opens the Battlelog again, and you are stuck in an infinite loop.

You're not getting any error messages from the game or Battlelog? In that case I assume it's the new launcher causing extra issues. I use Origin and it usually works except for when it complains about wrong language, or corrupted saves or lost connection or yeah starting this game is kind of a mess.

I think you have to click server browser for it to work, I do it that way.
At the same time try reinstalling the EA app, to see if the game was linked to it from steam, hope I was able to help :D

No error messages at all, just nothing happens. I assume Battlefield Hardline is not available on EA app. I tried finding Origin or at least an earlier version, but only EA App exists now.

If the EA App is closed, Battlelog will show you this message asking to install origin.

Sometimes I needed to close it and let Battlelog start it for it to work, I'm using Origin tho.

EA App is open, but I got tired of trying, asked for refund. Shame, that good games can't be played because stupid decisions. (who tf thought that THIS would be a good way to launch a game ... )

Game no longer works, just pirate the game folks. EA, much like Steam could care less they rip you off....anybody telling you the game works is LYING to you and I challenge every single one of those gas lighting trolls to PROVE it works....i dare you...

Restart everything...

Let me tell you how I'm doing it and how can you do it as well. Your game can open up without Steam but I usually run Steam... once you hit play, you get moved onto "THAT PAGE" we all know and love.... then on that page you chose what you like to play, Campaign (SP) or Multiplayer. You click on any of those and if your EA Games launcher isn't open it will suggest you to do so, which you do and then game should run nwithout any problems. That is if you installed punk buster can't remember if game does it by itself but otherwise you need to instal pbsetup (newest version) and add BF Hardline to your games from that moment you should be facing any issues

I had to use microsoft edge to launch the game. My default browser was brave and it wasn't detecting my ea app there.
