Game won't launch

I bought this yesterday and it won't launch at all; it says joining server but the game never starts up. For the Campaign, the game does pop up but as soon as it loads, it just minimizes and stops working. My gaming laptop can run games like this well but I don't know what to do. I need help please.

This specific launch order works 100% of the time *for me* via Chrome browser. Not sure if this will work for anyone else. To join multiplayer:
1. EXIT Origin AND Steam
2. Open Battlelog (battelog.battlefield.com), log-in, join a server from browser server screen.
3. A pop-op opens in Battlelog, Click orange "START ORIGIN" button. Chrome pop-up opens, click "Open Origin"
4. Origin and Steam open automatically, Battlefield Hardline loads after ~30-60 seconds, always minimized. ALT TAB or left click the icon to maximize game.

I owned the base Hardline game pre-Steam availability (through Origin), and I had zero issues launching the game. I bought the Ultimate edition on Steam and would have to try launching it ten different ways to avoid the infinite loading until I found this specific launch order.

Game won't launch in Windowed mode!!!

change the settings from windowed to fullscreen .....

The game is currently in Windowed mode. If you want to play the game in Full Screen mode, simply place a check mark in the "Full Screen" box and click on the OK butto

I had to launch the game. MUiltiplayer or Singelplayer. Then when it's loading from battlelog i had to put down my firewall. Ande when the gaem was running and i was loaded in i just put the firewall back up

try repairing the game from the library, it should repair some issues, it works LMAO
