You can't, they rent/own the servers, they pay the upkeep, they make the rules.
Or find a better server thats run by adults.
Life is unfair kid.
EA doesn't care either, and doesn't revoke any servers unless if they seriously broke any of their internal rulesets.
What the admins do on their own servers is entirely self policed, if they decide to kick or ban you because they want to make room for someone else, guess what, they can.
It makes more sense to play bob, batg, amg, ant servers. I've been playing on these servers since bf1 came out. It's pretty good. As far as I understand, the new server/clan has put an auto bot system. It calculates your gameplay, actions, and statistics, marks you as a cheater, and bans you from the server. Don't bother, never mind.
I recommend BOB servers, they don't kick you for petty nonsense.
Admins in bf1 are often known to be bad, both at the game and handing out punishments. But if you're getting banned in multiple servers over a fairly short time period, I'd say its' time for self-reflection. Because all you've done is pull victim cards with missing context.
Were your stats something like 30/0 or 70/0 KD?
