Everything else will come with experience. Play the maps to learn the maps, etc.
If you are US West, play on DICE Asia servers (though queues are longer and there may be more cheaters).
If you are in US South, play on DICE South America servers.
North American servers are generally extremely sweaty- even some NA DICE servers. In my experience, I noticed that NA clan servers are the sweatiest of them all. NA Servers also has the issue where admins will often change the map mid game or will overwrite votes- which murders lobbies. In NA operations servers, anyone can just change the map whenever they want and it is always the same two maps whenever it happens.
Why didn't I recommend normal servers in any of these regions? Most will kick you for high latency. You should be fine with 120 ping as long as it doesn't go near 140.
