pvp is rough at first it feels like everyone is shooting u
U just gotta get used to it but i can be fun! theres usually at least 1-3 full operations and the same for conquest NA 24/7. just utilize the server browser. Def recommend the game tho

short answer yes, long answer, I haven't came across a match where i was trying to join and was forced to wait for other players to join. for a game made a while back it works hard and is still has a very active player base and is very easy to join a match without waiting.
