Latency variation of 10ms causes sluggish movement

Hello guys, I have the game on EA, when playing I often get the latency variation yellow icon (the clock with the Xs).
Though when I check my ping it simply goes from 20 to 30 or 40, nevertheless this causes some lag on my side. Any ideas? I tried a bunch of troubleshooting/port forwarding etc but nothing seems to fix it

I even moved the game to ssd but no dice, no idea if it's stuttering that then causes latency variation or what

Are you referring to the circular icon with the exclamation mark in the middle?
Had it pretty much since the beginning permanently, it doesn't affect anything, but the new anticheat does. Refer to this:

Yes that icon, the moment it pops up i move as if I was waist high in mud, shots don't register and stuff
