How to unlock weapons?
When I try to unlock a weapons It says: You must complete the mission to unlock.
But, what missions do I need to complete?

You need to complete quests with basic or previous weapons - kill some number of enemies ususally or make amount of damage.
Only after that you can open and equip desirable weapon.
