New EA Anti-Cheat is Broken

[Modified Lesbian Space Bear]

Decided to reinstall BF1 and it won't launch, same thing happening to BF4. Seems like an issue with the Anti-Cheat. Have tried almost every fix but nothing is working.

There was an update to the anticheat that fixes performance issues though but it's not an automatic implementation, it may actually help your issue too.

Browse to your game's install locations : Battlefield 1\EAAntiCheat and then run "EAAntiCheatInstaller.exe"

When it loads, You'll have a dropdown at the top, select BF1 and click "update"

Next time you launch it should be able to launch properly.

Try launching those apps as administrator, then run the repair oprion, then launch the game itself as administrator. Worked for me.

Anti cheat doesn't work. There are still full of cheaters. EA may be the worst with Valve

Did that got the error about a missing dll file, reinstalled that and still doesn't work. I pray EA does not survive this decade.
