Got BANNED for no reason from EA anti cheat

Hi All,

Will try to keep it short, Used to play a lot of BF! when it came out back in the days, recently bought the game at a bargain to play with an old friend of mine who moved abroad in the name of nostalgia.

I managed to play for about 4hrs non stop ( Game crashed back to desktop once with no error message then the second time it crashed and i got the windows blue screen of death).

The following day I logged in again to play on a some random multiplayer server to get back into the game.
The game kept on crashing back to desktop every single time, sometimes after 4 minutes of playing, sometimes after 30 minutes, It would crashed straight to desktop without any error message or sometimes it would freeze then crash to desktop without any error warning.

I verified the files of the game multiple times, it found 3 files missing that said "would be aquired".
Game kept on crashing to the point that playing online was impossible.

Then i got an email the following morning from EA saying they BLOCKED my account to battlefield 1 on pc due to an " Extreme Violation" that i comimited.

Then the more than vague explanation with links to EA s code of ethic and so on....
They said I may have used special cheatign software to gain, disrupt or gain an unfare advantage over other players....

Which I DID NOT.
I wouldn't how and I simply want to play the game with my friend like in the good old days.

I appeal the ban with Ea and they maintained it saying that after a deep review of my case they would maintain the BAN as my violation were EXTREME.

If you look at my stats over those 5 hours I clearly wasn't cheating....

Bottom line I m going nowhere with EA and their agent reviewing my case seem to be some AI rather than someone who actually looks at the facts.

My QUESTION to you guys on here if any of you faced a similar issue before is what could have trigger this BAN?

I did not use any cheat or software or anything that would be seen as such.
I didn't take part in any chats or insulted anyone there.
Might have frag one guy from my team by mistake as i didn't knew how to properly throw a grenade....

I simply played the game like any average joe.

Would it maybe be the fact that the game kept on crashing on me?
Leaving too many servers abruptly due to the fact that the game kept crashing?
My ping was too high?
Someone hacked my in game account and added some sort of malware? ( if that even exist).

Reading online it seem to have happened randomly to a few people from the EA anti cheat system.

It's frustrating as i had a few days off where i was hopping to reconnect with my nostalgia, but EA decided otherwise....

EA doesn't provide me with any explanation and i only get 3 chance to appeal....

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Using an average old gaming pc, WIndwos 11, 16gb of ram, solid state drive, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080ti Graphic card, I5 2500 @ 3.3ghz.
If this would have anything to do with it.

Hope someone would be able to point me in the right direction as this is a very frustrating experience with EA.

Login and you'll see the option to appeal it, Though I should warn you, EA will not revoke the ban if it is deemed to have been legitimate ( i.e you had software running that can be detected by EAAC )

Pretty much same exact thing happened to me. Didnt play for months, came back, Connection was being weird for like 4 days, then I get some ea anticheat "encountered unacceptable configuration" or something out of nowhere, Uninstalled and reinstalled game, both issues were fixed for like 4 hours, played a bunch of rounds and out of nowhere got permanently banned in the middle of a game. Have no clue how to cheat. Permanent ban for sever infraction. Ea cant tell me why because they "dont give information about internal processes" other than i was banned for violating the user agreement by cheatinf. Thrice appealed, thrice denied. Uninstalled all my ea games and never going back. Hoping this turns into a class action lawsuit and I get a $4 check in the mail someday for ea banning me from my 60 dollar game that wasnt even finished when they released it.
