PC crashes

Every time I start the game, my PC crashes.
Does anyone else have this problem and happen to know how to fix it?

Thanks a lot, EA—this is already the second Battlefield that's unplayable before I even get to start the game.

im sorry if you hopped for a anwser to this but i have to tell you i came here because i have the same issue as you. Just bought the game of steam, installed, started, it downloaded the anticheat and then crashed, i bouted up my pc again, start battlefield and then it crashes my pc again. Basicaly my first monitor shows a bit of the battlefield logo then it gets ♥♥♥♥*d up all over my monitor, goes to the second monitor and crashes the PC. Thanks EA

Можно попробовать запустить игру через папку с ней через античит, правой кнопкой мыши на EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe > исправление проблем с совместимостью > использовать рекомендованные параметры >запустить совместимо с windows 8

Вариант 2. Правой кнопкой мыши на EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe в папке с игрой > И отметить галками > Режим совместимости Windows 8, отключить оптимизацию на весь экран, запускать программу от имени администратора, так же и для C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe. Но запуск возможен до 5-й попытки подряд. Скорее всего, эта проблема вызвана самопроизвольным прекращением работы античита в службах Windows, EAAntiCheatService.

You can try to launch the game through the folder with it via anti-cheat, right-click on EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe > fix compatibility issues > Use recommended settings >Run compatible with Windows 8

Option 2. Right-click on EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe in the folder with the game > And check the boxes > Windows 8 compatibility mode, disable full-screen optimization, run the program as an administrator, as well as for C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe. But the launch is possible up to the 5th attempt in a row. Most likely, this problem is caused by the spontaneous termination of the anti-cheat in Windows services, EAAntiCheatService.

I have the same problem since roughly 7 days. Before it was just working fine for months.
20 sec after starting the game my pc totally freezes and i can only solve the problem by hard restarting my pc.
I tried a lot of things from the forums, but nothing worked so far:

* I tried Windows 7 and 8 compatibility mode, disable full-screen optimization for the game and anti-cheat
* I tried to run as admin
* I tried to repair the game
* I tried to completly download the game again and reinstall
* I tried to update my drivers
* I updated the Microsoft Visual C++ components
* installed directx12
...... and more

Nothing worked for me.
Does anybody has more tipps for this?

In all honesty, you might have to wait until they fix this issue. I'm experiencing the exact same thing and have tried everything to fix it but nothing seems to work. It looks like its a problem on EA's end if a lot of people are experiencing the same thing. My gut feeling says its a problem with the anitcheat.

Спс тебе чел. Игра запускается теперь до меню, но при нажатии кнопки виндовс и при запуске матча все равно фризит комп. Как теперь это фиксить?

I finally fixed my problem.
It was the Anti Virus software Norton 360. For some reason it had problems with the EA Anti Cheat, so every game with EA Anti Cheat that I started, crashed my PC....
If you are using Norton 360 or any other Virus Software, try to deactivate it.

Yo I also got Norton 360, and my PC crashes in a while, but months ago when I was playing, it didnt have any problems with anti cheat and anything else, everything was fine, but if u say so, what exactly u disabled in Norton?

In my case, it was like this: I bought a new PC, so I had a free premium version of Norton 360 for 4 months. After the premium version expired, I suddenly started having problems. I completely uninstalled Norton 360 to fix the issue.
So unfortunately, I don't know exactly what needs to be disabled. Just try completely deactivating and closing Norton 360 as your antivirus program.
