12k in game but can't find any games is that a bug?

My settings are the same as in the video and I get 20-30 full servers rn.

its a bit buggy, some us servers are *fragShack* E. Conquest base maps. you can find them by manually searching for servers

Make sure your filter shows full servers. People join queues for full servers instead of trying to populate a different one.
