I can't log into the match

Just bought the game and it gives me this error
Tried changing dx11 to dx12 according to the guides
Restarted the computer
Rebooted the modem
Internet works fine
Ping with bf1 servers is almost zero
In the list of servers, the ping with servers is less than 100
but this error pops up
Can anyone help?

been having the same problem for a few months now, tried every guide on the problem, still don't know why as my internet is actually pretty good.
