Report a translation problem
I was not telling anyone to install or run windhawk. I was telling them to do the opposite. To close the windhawk.exe inside the task manager.
Windhawk customize your windows appearance by editing powershell, and other stuff that is pertinent to the windows core files. This action can be seen as suspicious by antivirus programs, and programs like EA Anticheat. This is why I recommend close the task before launching BF1.
This fixed worked for me, and it worked for multiple people. If this doesn't fix your issue, then I am sorry. You may have to contact support, or get a refund.

Locate the EA Anticheat.installer file in ur BF1 game folder.
Right click on that file and scroll down to Properties. Then click on the Compatibility tab and tick the box that says "Disable Full Optimization" For good measure I also ticked the "Run as Administrator" box.
After I did this the game launched immediately. Hope it helps...
