How safe is the EA Anticheat?

I dont like kernel level stuff and this post talks about how bad it is. Is anyone else bothered by this, can you even safely delete this anticheat?

Currently unable to launch my game because of it. I hate it. 3 Re-installs, integrity verification, PC restarts, ect. nothing works. First time it boots up it crashes during the intro sequence before the menu, why? Idk. After that Anti-Cheat crashes with a 30005 error. Idk what it is or how to fix it
