Unable to understand EA's operation

I am a player from 🇨🇳. After purchasing BF1 and BF5 through summer promotion, I did not engage in any other cheating activities and instead used an accelerator to play EA games. I couldn't understand receiving the above message in the middle of the night.

If I cheat and play games without permission, I have nothing to say. But why did I treat me like this

The issue is their garbage anti-cheat. They will also ban new players who get high KDs.

You're not the only one! I have been banned twice now and gotten the same response and case dismissal. This is a legal issue at this point. I bought several EA titles during the sale, and first time I got banned I assumed it was because I had wemod installed but nope. I wiped my PC, created fresh new accounts and rebought the games before the sale ended. I played about an hour or so of NFS: Hot Pursuit. Go to sleep, wake up and see that god forsaking email again. Something needs to be done about this!

I don't think this is a "legal issue", one that you might hope to win with actual, credible proof. More likely, it's your post-ban copium, and the same applies to the other two replies.

I've played both BF4 and BF1, and I've got nothing to cope about.

EA Bootlicker in 2024, now that is hilarious. The anti-cheat has been proven to be garbage, just look at the state of Battlefront 2 or how people get in Battlefield 1 with one shot kill cheats or damage reduction cheats with no bans. But then I saw your profile and realized you are not the type to take serious anyways.

Since the original commentor above "Kawaii" talking about "cope" deleted his silly comment I responded to, I will write down what this reply was originally for:

Was just playing a while ago so clearly not banned. First impressions matter, and all I see is a disturbed individual (kind of odd you mention ad hominems but then proceed to write how I am taking things at face value, when you are doing the same thing about the people replying). I would rather have a profile private than one full of degenerate content. The game is not peer-to-peer, this is not 2009 Call of Duty. Fairfight just does a poor job to actually stop cheats since it mostly just does screenshotting, basic checks on injects, and checks stats. Nothing else. For someone who claims to have played two Battlefields, I would expect you to know about how much people complain about the poor anti-cheats, guess you either do not play these two enough or just desperate to prove some random commentors are cheaters. Actually do some research before making assumptions. It is the most ineffective anti-cheat since two of these can be bypassed fairly easily (seriously go check out how bad Battlefront 2 has it, people have access to administrator tools or just look at the multiple threads of people complaining about the cheaters). Now, send me one of those kidneys.
