Black screen - hard crash - multiplayer

Hi everyone!
After trying every kind of unsuccessful solution, I'm here to ask for help.

Game keeps hard crashing my pc after some time playing (average 5 min) in multiplayer .
No specific action prompts the crash and freeze.
The screen turns black and the pc becomes unresponsive requiring a hard restart.
Despite the black screen and the pc becoming unresponsive, the pc seem to keep working and doesn't simply turn off.

Drivers have been updated, local files have been checked, high performance preferences have been selected on the NVIDIA settings, overlay is disabled.

Has anybody encountered this problem and found a solution?
