I can't even start the game

I just got the game installed but when I open it and it opens the EA Launcher, the game starts, loads, and shutsdown...My friends can open the game normally, but I haven't being able to. I have updated everything I can, reinstalled the EA app, unistalled the game and install it again, clear cache on EA app, clear cache on my PC, everything...Why is it so hard to get this game to work? I can run games like God of War or RE4 remake in max settings, so I'm pretty positive my PC is NOT struggling with an old game.

Try to turn off everything about EA in task manager then launch the game.

Didn't work for me, tried that several times. I refunded the game

I always have to restart my PC every time it goes to sleep or else the app wont start. Its such a piece of junk.

VPN can affect EA games not loading.

I just went through this with Battlefield 4. Pain in the ass
Process was
- close steam entirely and reopen it (game now launches (I'm banned lol))
- contact support, my account was hacked
- get it unhacked
- get it unbanned (im still banned lol)
- get it unbanned (again(it worked this time)) but now it wont open again
- try to sign in to ea to see if im banned again or something, site wont work lol
- try to open ea app but windows 10 cant find it
- download ea app installer, then try to install; this opens the ea app
- launch via ea app, doesnt worked lol
- repair ea app, which makes it want to connect with my steam, which its already connected to, sending me to a website
- the website also doesn't work
- just click play and it works

so the important parts are probably
- close steam
- close all of ea
- download ea app
- repair
- hope it works lol
