Suddenly BF1 Keeps Crashing
Past few days game suddenly crashes within 5 minutes of play. Just quits right back to desktop within like 5min. No error/message. I've been playing for years, and have never had the issue before. Any help with this issue is appreciated. This is one of my all time favorite games, so I'd love to be able to continue playing it.. :angryduck:

Right-click the Windows Icon (Start Button), select Event Viewer. Make it full screen. Now, on the left, expand Windows Logs and check both Application and System logs for errors that occurred at the time of the crash.

If you can't find it, reproduce the crash and then check Event Viewer immediately after the crash. You'll need to post the error messages you find there here.

This happens to me too, on BF1 and BFV, those are the only games that causes me this issue, on event logs it seems to be something about an amdxx64.dll file, guess it's a driver or something. Running on a 12400f, ddr5, rx6800
Same just randomly desktops in middle of a game since anti cheat added

Anyway this seems to happen both with nvidia and amd gpus and happens in BFV and 2042 too, but it's less frequent

You might get some help if you do the above and post the results. Just telling us it's crashing isn't telling us anything.
For me it was SECOCL64 crashing which is an audio driver thing, just disabled my onboard speakers/mic in advanced audio settings so that my headphones/plugged in mic were the only things enabled and everything seems to be working fine now. Maybe its the same for you
