Does this game allow cross-play between platforms (Steam and Origin) and devices (PS, Xbox, PC)?

Thank you, though I'm slightly disappointed. Another question to you, when you mean not cross-playable with PC, does that mean platforms will not intermix, your essentially locked to either Origin players or Steam?
