"You Need to Log in to Origin"

If you are having the "need to log in to Origin" issue and can't figure it out, I have found a few steps that worked for me. I figured this out after trying the following:

1. If you've tried navigating to the licenses folder (C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License) and deleting the BF3 .dlf license file and it didn't work.
2. If you linked your EA App and Steam and are not getting the missing key issue.
3. If you already downloaded PunkBuster and got that working.

Every single time I want to play, I have to go to my PC's search bar, type "EA App Updater", let it run so it can tell me "the app is already updated" and auto-close, then get another pop-up saying "the EA App experienced problems and must reset", then upon reset the game magically plays. Note: I use a VPN AND browser extensions that limit ads and such and it still worked without disabling them.

I truly have no idea what's going on, but it's annoying as sin. I also have to do this every time I want to launch the game after restart. I haven't tried closing the game and relaunching without turning the computer off, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work after simply doing that either at this point. God, I hate EA and wish for the days where you just got a CD in a giant plastic case and all you needed to get it to work was a code in the box it came with. Great game though

install a fresh install of Firefox or Chrome specifically for Battlefield, Chrome allows you to have multiple instances of Chrome just create one for Battlefield and make sure you don't have any adblocker on that
