Game is requesting a Origin Product Key after 11 hours

I have no clue what is going on. All i know I try to load into the game and it's saying "we could not activate battlefield 3 on this computer using the origin account your provided. Please locate your product key to activate the game using your origin account" ENTER PRODUCT KEY.
I'm so confused. I have the Premium Edition. Bought it on steam over a month ago. Any help?

Unfortunately my friend, none of the solutions you shared worked and it's still asking me to activate the game key. It is so annoying. I have not even had the chance to complete the main story yet and it's too late to get a refund! Sigh

I had the same issue, the VU client solved it after installing it and logging the origin account.
