where is the product key game asking for it and not starting

EA updated something and now this game is asking me for product key ,,,, where is the product key when i bought it on steam ,,,, and asking me to buy it again,,,, not recommended,,,,

My batttefield 3 i having the key issue, what i do? ive tried deleted the bs at licence folder and also the log, DIDNT WORKED. (tip 12)

do a clean install of EA App, make sure after you log into your EA account on EA App you see Battlefield 3 Steam in your library then launch the game from Battlelog, if you still get this error you need to install VU and use the Activate BF3 shortcut it creates on Start Menu to force activate the game

i told you already. My i own the game on origin since 2012, its not steam product.

to clarify are you getting this error on EA version?

I WAS but i saw other thread with moded file, i download and replaced my game file that had to do with thi ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Game is working, but thanks for your replys , i also did them.
