Method #1
First close EA App entirely by quitting it then kill any instances of EA services in the task manager then right click on EA App icon and select properties then under compatibility tab select "Change high DPI settings" then check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and in the drop down menu below it select "Application" then hit Apply and Ok
secondly launch the EA App then go to setting and disable "in game overlay"
thirdly uninstall your BF3 from Steam then reinstall it into ANOTHER DRIVE (you may back up the game files for reinstallation"
fourthly install it on Steam hit play so Battlefield 3 installs Punkbuster
fifthly close EA App and reopen it so it detects you've installed BF3
now go to Battlelog and launch the campaign it should work
method #2
Make sure Battlefield 3 is properly installed on Steam or EA App and also make sure EA App is running properly on your PC
Install Venice unleashed launcher from their website
do a right-click on VU icon and hit properties
in the Shortcut tab add this argument line after "vu.exe" in the Target field without quotation marks "-activate -o_mail <email> -o_pass <password>"
<email> is your Origin/EA App Email and <password> is your Origin/EA App password
Now try opening VU client, if it fails to open then restart your PC run Steam and EA App and try opening VU client again you'll need to keep clicking on VU icon until it opens when VU client successfully runs you'll be greeted with a VU login screen it means your problems has been fixed now restart your PC and run Battlefield 3.
Many thanks to vB1OS for sharing the second method.
