Go to C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License and delete the file/s there then start the game. The game will create new ones and then it will work. This happens to me every time I have a windows update.

OP if Nein's solution doesn't work for your try this one as it worked for me:

1. Uninstall Battlefield 3 in Steam
2. Hold the Windows key + R.
3. In the command box that opens, type %ProgramData%/Origin then click OK.
4. Go into LocalContent folder and delete Battlefield 3's folder
5. Navigate to This Pc /Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common and delete the Battlefield 3 folder (your location may be different if you didn't use the default installation location)
6. Restart your PC
7. Install Battlefield 3 on Steam. Hit Play in Steam to finalize Installation
8. Join a server via Battlelog while Steam and Origin are both running.

I can't start the game. Store problem
BF3 game bought on steam for 15 hours and didn't work anymore
feler message

The Origin Store is currently disabled because it was launched from another application, please restart Origin to access the Store

please help me

Well if you had Origin open from before that message won't show, but it doesn't matter. You don't need the store in order to play the game.

If Nein's method doesn't work, try uninstalling/re-installing the game, then going back to the license folder and deleting the files there after the fresh install. That seemed to work for me.
