Above is a link to an uploaded screenshot of the Error code since typing the whole thing out would've been a pain. Anyone know how to fix it?

There's a few things that can fix that.

1. Clean install your GPU Driver, Use DDU to uninstall your old Driver first and then install the latest driver as administrator ( this is important )

2. Clear DirectX Cache
Search for "file" in windows explorer, Click on the result called " file explorer options "

Click the "View" tab

Look for the option "show hidden files and folders" and check the checkbox, Hit apply.

Then click start -> type "run" and open the run box.

Paste this in to the run box:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\\D3DSCache and hit enter

Delete ALL the files in that folder.

3. Right click BF3 in steam and verify the game files.

None of these worked unfortunately. I'm gonna try reverting to an older driver version as they've updated since I last played BF3.
1. Editing bf3.exe with hex editor
(Warning : Punkbuster may block you from playing multiplayer)
Download hex editor
Open bf3.exe with hex editor
Ctrl + F and find Battlefield 3
Find the hex code "33 99 00" in the Battlefield 3™ and change it to "33 00 00".

2. Changing System Locales to English
If you are running New Windows 10
Start Settings
Select Time & Language
Select Region & Language
Press Additional date, Time & regional settings
Click Region and Language. This will invoke the Region and Language dialog box.
Switch to the Administrative tabbed page and click Change system locale in the Language for non-Unicode programs section.
Change it to English.

If you are running the older version of Windows 10, just Open the Control Panel | Clock, Language, and Region window and do the same thing as above.

3. Use Locale Emulator on BF3 and run it as English

I have the same problem and I have already tried to delete files, update drivers and none of them work. I feel so upset that it took me so much time and how the hell this old game still can't work properly in this era. Fxxk the DirectX, always the problem since 20 years ago when I started playing games on PC and it still sucks till now.
