It's a good idea Buy Burnout Paradise Remastered?

I never played Burnout before (Only the "Burnout Revenge"360 Demo) but always love the franchise. I heard about what a mess is "Burnout Paradise Remastered". it's a good idea buy it? recommend some mods if it's neccesary

i bought this game on sale for 3 dollars. i have 0 complaints for it being on sale for 3 dollars. works for me, and i dont like mods or approve of them.
pros
- 3 dollar price tag
- great sound track in my opinion ( i smoke devils lettuce)
- cool variety of vehicles ( from cop cars to motor cycles and more)
- nostalgia
-fun arcade racer
-decent map and map layout
- fun relaxing game (at least for me)

negative
lack of online players as its old
possibly repetitive to some and boring thru time
outdated graphics and graphic settings but still decent and fine for me

i only have so much time in this game so far and never really played the other titles
( worst case scenario refund under 2 hours if you hate or dont work)
