Start here:

Documents\EA games or the title of the game.

or

C:\Users\username\Saved Games

Press Win + R and search for "Appdata" -> Navigate to "Local" -> Then go to "Criterion Games" -> "Burnout Paradise Remastered" -> And then open the "save" folder. The "Profile.BurnoutParadiseSave" file is your savegame

I was going to suggest that folder but wasn't sure the save file would be there as usually most EA games save to the default folder "Documents\EA games"

But the cool thing with the method you suggested is you can still access the Appdata folder that's hidden by default, if you were to browse to that location directly without the method you mentioned you would have to "show hidden files and folders" in folder options/view

So thanks for the tip, we can never know everything :)

Exactly. I mean I would recommend everyone to enable "show hidden files and folders", because why would someone want to hide some of their folders? xD
But I wrote it like this to avoid confusion.

Yes lol.

The default is to hide folders and drives marked hidden by the user but Windows uses this setting to also hide the program data, Recovery and perflogs, whilst it's certainly handy to leave all of these unhid on some setups it might not be on others depending on how the system is set up, for example is the system setup to use the default admin account? and if so who has access to it? (inexperienced users etc) is the system a work system? etc.

But yeah totally agree with you to leave them unhid, unless for the reasons mentioned above.
