All vehicles unlocked by the start?
Is it normal have all the cars unlocked just at the very beginning of the game?

Those are all DLC cars, but yes, it kinda ruins the game experience to use them early since you can just skip all of the progression and have high tier cars right away. It makes all of the events a total joke.

only if you use them. they're like cheat codes, they're THERE but you don't have to use them if you actually want to play the game the way the developers intended

you don't have to IDKFA and IDDQD through every wad
