Try setting Origin to offline mode

I am using a laptop, had to go to the instalation folder to select the game exe then rightclick that to select the right gpu. Then i just now read somewhere the use of a VPN service can cause the game to not run. If you got a vpn running turn it off and then try to start the game. Then lastly... it also might be hardware related, are you sure youre machine is up to the system requirements to run this game?

Bro at this point get a refund. Turning off your webcam, turning off your VPN, deactivating software shouldn't be needed to play a game. Just get the refund and save it for a different game.

I can play the party mode but not the campaign, game crash right after the first unskipable long intro... errr so the party mode and campaign mode need different system requirements?

It worked quite well for me when I got the game! Guess you're just plagued by misfortune...

I got Burnout Paradise to play with no crashing.
I found my old Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box DVD for PC (XP and Vista). It install but gave an error at the end. I logged into Origin and selected the option to update the game. That was it. After that I played for hours with no issues,

EA if you need a copy of Burnout Paradise that doesn't crash just let me know.

For me it turned out to be RivaTuner. As soon as I closed it, the game worked just fine. I ended up just adding the games EXE to RivaTuner's application list and setting Application Detection level to None so that I didn't have to constantly close it every time I wanted to play.

I had to go into the instal folder to select the game exe file. Then i had to rightclick the exe and tell the game it should run on the nividea gpu and not the intel chipset.

antivirus mostly problems. check your auto app block option.

Hi, I discover the problem, you just have to put the game in windomed mode (alt+enter) and after the intro ends the game works well.

Well it makes me feel a little better knowing im not the only one with this problem, what do you guys recommend? I see some people messing with it to get it to work and other saying get a refund?
