My controller does not work

My problem and very simple, my controller does not work. My controller and an Xbox one and I made multiple tests it is not my controller which is broken it works very well on the other games. On Burnout Paradise it does not work it lights but does not work. I tried with other controller and the problem and the same, the controller turns on but I can not interact on the games, its also does not come from my PC I try via big picture on steam and c is the same. Everything i try to do doesn't work, please help me play the keyboard and impossible

mine didn't work at first. i know this is obvious and kinda stupid, so please don't be offended but you did try to use the keyboard to go through the menus then when the game properly starts up and the car's on the screen on the street try using the controller?

the main problem is the Origin In-Game [Overlay] system, turn off [Origin In-Game] in both [Game Properies] and Application Settings > Origin In-Game inside Origin Application.

I am late to this discussion, but it helped me with the previous EA Launcher version. New problems arose with the new launcher.
