That's a post from answers.ea.com. Have you tried changing the resolution?
Yes, I have tried every solution. If you change the resolution on the ini, it will revert to default after closing the game.
Apparently it worked for a short period of time but the game froze. After trying the same again, it still crashes.
Doesn't seem to work neither.
I kinda want to try to make it work because I also had issues with the original game like 7 years ago but on the other hand ♥♥♥♥ EA for not even making a remaster work
thnx my friend they told me i will get my money after 7 days

These crashes are related to webcam configurations. The game expects a webcam to take a licence picture. It also accesses it every time you beat a mission. If the webcam is unsupported, it can result in a crash. If the expected webcam is not working, it can crash. It's a weird issue but one that exists.
What a weird issue. So if you enable the webcam it crashed but if you disable it it also crashes. What I don't get is why the game works for me when on borderless screen but not on full screen.
I suspect it could be something related to my screen: my laptop has a 120 Hz screen and it sometimes has problems running certain games.
