Game not launching

For some reason the game is not getting past the connecting to online sequence. My computer has the specs to run it, easily, and no conflicting programs. I also have a stable wifi connection. Why can't it run?

Try adding BurnoutPR.exe to the Firewall exceptions on windows. This should do the trick. Worked as a Charm in Origin version, so should work here too

Open device manager, check if theres any cameras/vr headsets running, it uses a camera for its drivers photos, but if that camera is incompatable, it will crash.

Thanks! I had to unplug my Index. After reading your comment I opened the camera app to see my HMD looking right back at me. Unplugged it's power, launched the game again and voila!
