DLC "Unauthorized"

The DLC isn't working for me, when I look at it from the game menu it says "Version: (Unauthorized) 1.0"

This seems like a common problem, but everything I can find on it is old/outdated (ie referring to Origin which no longer exists).

I've tried verifying file integrity, re-downloading, making sure I'm logged into EA account; nothing has worked

Live chat with EA support fixed it for me, if anyone else has this problem in the year of our spaghetti lord 2024

What did they tell you to do? I'm also having the same issue

Are you still having the issue with dlcs not working the fix for me was to go into the steam dlc library with in steam by right clicking properties the dlc and uncheck all dlc then close steam the recheck everything that worked for all dlc's working

I got mine to work after I did a mix of two things:
1) doing what Hannibal said; uncheck all dlc in steam, then rechecking it
2) loading up the game and signing into my EA account when the prompt comes up. That allowed the steam and EA servers to communicate and reauthorise the DLC
