Mark of the Assassin DLC bug?

[Ace]

I am playing the DLC right now and I am at the final Duke Prosper fight. I beat all the guards and then he jumps up onto the ledge with the Wyvern and there is a large red circle on the ground but nothing happens. I've tried restarting, reloading, and uninstalling, etc. but I can't get this battle to continue. Any posts I could find online about it don't have resolutions. Anyone know what to do?
