Does anyone know what this update even does? Are there patch notes somewhere i'm missing?

It made it so the game no longer registers that I have all the DLCs and I can't load my save anymore.

Spoke too soon. The DLCs are back now, but they were gone for about 2 hours. Still don't know what the patch was for.

I cannot launch it either...it finds the app but is stuck on "launching game"

Curious too. Search results yield no info. Inquisition also has a new update but no patch notes that I can see without doing the updates. Bit afraid updating will break the game and I'm in the middle of replays before the new release. Is there a way to launch without updating? Hoping (but not holding my breath) that this update is supposed to fix the issue with Veilguard not using the DAKeep so we can keep our world states. Origins didn't get an update but Origins hasn't fully talked to the Keep server in years.

Bit the bullet and updated both DA2 and DAI. Both updates seemed tiny - they finished before the update even showed in the steam download manager as having done anything. DAI just started normally and nothing new, could still get into my normal games and my modded one. DA2 had an updated privacy policy and ToS doc to sign but otherwise was also fine. Nothing wrong with normal or modded game saves. DLCs were all there and working properly. Also didn't get the old error about not being able to load in fullscreen, which was a nice change. There's obviously some issues going on still with both games and the EA App (as reported in other discussion posts), but hopefully this update hasn't made it worse for anyone.

Thanks for the responses! I might hold off updating for a little while to see if anything comes of the errors. It's weird there's no info anywhere

Did a quick search through the game files and there's no .exe file for the game itself, just origin and ea app. So if there is it ain't easy
