Fell Grimoire

Hey, I done the Fell Grimoire quest yesterday and it was all fine all the way until the final fight at the grimoire itself, in about 10 tries on Normal difficulty I finally beat it but only by the skin of my teeth, micromanaging every member of the group while spamming potions and focusing down dangers one by one.

My question is, what level are you supposed to tackle this quest at? I done it as basically first thing in act 2 and it felt like an absolutely insane difficulty spike. I was level 14 I believe.
