No problem, I fought with this for like 2 hours by doing all stuff possible and I found this solutuion on some random discussion while browsing on google.

Unfortunately you need the EA app to play, and it makes everything unreliable. What fixes the game one day may not work on another. You could try repairing the EA app. That sometimes works for me. To do this, open your computer settings and go to apps. Click on the EA app and choose uninstall. After choosing uninstall, it will give you the option of repairing it instead. Choose that, then open the app and try running the game again (you may also have to use the task manager to disable the EA overlay).

Game literally was working before yesterday. After formatted the computer it refuses to start.... wth

Guys I hope I am the Jesus you are looking for. I got it working but it does not make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense.

So basically I went and turned off the "Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR)" option from Settings > Windows Security > App & browser control > Exploit protection settings > Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR)

and after turning that off and restarting the computer, I am able to launch the game as many times I can...

If you have that option already turned off then maybe turn it on > restart > (optional maybe try to run the game) > turn it off > restart and then launch the game?
