When I do that it shows just The Black Emporium. None of the other stuff. I also can't locate the other DLC in the EA app - it is a bit crap
From what I have read, they removed the other DLC from sale and rebundled it with the release of the Ultimate Edition. Admittedly, there was some overlap.
It looks like the only thing I can buy is the Ultimate Edition. However, I did see a "Dragon Age II DLC Bundle" that had some stuff. Although it did require you to own the Ultimate Edition already
I think the save should load, but perhaps not. The game is worth a few play through's anyway. 3 bucks is worth it for the two DLC's no mater how you slice it.
Plus you will have acess to loads of "Item Packs" that can help you gear up yourself and your companions. And compared to Dragon Age origins i think they really overdone it on the packs (you get flooded with items).
And to be honest i got more satisfied "Story Wise" from the DLC than from the main story/campaign
