Launch Error
Wanted to post this message to see if anyone can assist me. I am trying to run Dragon Age 2 Ultimate edition on my Windows 11 and every time I launch it the issue I get is "Invalid License. Reason Code= MISSING DLL d3dx11_43.dll Error 0x000000c1"

I have attempted reinstalling the game and updating/downloading directx. So far I haven't gotten any other result.

Does anyone have any idea what to do from here?

Reinstalling Direct X doesn't change anything. And the d3dx11_43.dll file is present in the System32 folder.
