Arcane Feathers Quest

Has anyone been able to complete this quest? or been able to get the 2nd feather? It shows up on the map and when I'm near it but I can't pick it up. Can anyone help me?

It's a known bug, but there is a solution. Had the same problem, but this fixes it:

"The Arcane Feather at the Gate puzzle room might not be obtainable. If it's not sparkling to show you can pick it up, have Hawke stand on the tile in front of the left chest and Tallis standing on the other tile in front of the right chest at the same time. This should unlock both the exit and the chest so you can pick up the feather. "
