Sebastian's quest in Act 2

I got through the ruin under the Harriman Estate and I saved right before I turned the corner to see Lady Harriman, then I get a dull screen that says loading in the bottom right side of the screen. I had to force quit the game. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

it's bugged; from dragon age 2 wiki . " You must enter your Dragon Age II program folder and temporarily delete the patch folder under GameFolder\Addins\da2_prc_drk\module as that's where the interference lies. Then, after completing Repentance, restore the patch folder. " basically transfer the folder on the desktop, after the end of the mission,transfer back. probably you have to do the same with sebastian mission in act 3

when I did it I just pressed escape and it advanced to the next part of the conversation. I didnt have to do any of that with my files.

Well, it seems I have made it to Act 3 without finishing this quest, so idk which one fixes it.

the sebastian mission in act 3 is also bugged, i used the solution above (transfer folder) and never had problem.

I had the same bug, but just pressing ESC helped me.

Can confirm that spamming ESC as you walk into the room does work.

I had this problem too. I looked at a forum in fextra and the first reply was just "esc" lmao.
