Usually displayed via the Steam Overlay on game start up. Over the last few days this has been disabled/hidden on ME2 due to potential exploits to get infinite keys.

Contact Steam Support and explain your situation.

ME3 never provided a key, it activates automatically on Origin, if it does not contact EA.

now in my origin it requires a code to activate ME3 ... I don't know what to do

Not sure if Steam/EA responding to the ME2 key exploit affected ME3. If you can't see it on startup or under "View Key" (If that option is there for you) contact Support.
