I'm pretty much in the same situation as you. I even tried the PhysX fix and dll fix mentioned from another website and still no go. Only ME3 giving me problems launching it. I was able to fix DA2 & Inquisition without much trouble.
It seems to be a ME3 only issue, too. I got Unravel and tried that out and it worked perfectly fine. So I have no idea what the issue is.
If you right click the game in your Origin library you should still be able to download it. I was able to do this after getting refunded.
I'm getting tired of this ♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, EA. It's been eight years and you still find ways to ♥♥♥♥ over Mass Effect 3.
I had ME1-3 on Origin, but bought them all on impulse now that they're on Steam. I registered my new product keys on Origin to download the DLC for them, and while ME2 shows up as two separate copies, ME3 does not. ME3 has simply been replaced with a new image with "STEAM" at the bottom.
There also doesn't seem to be any way to uninstall the Origin version that I didn't realize was still on my computer. Trying to uninstall it on Origin just sends me to the Win10 Add/Remove Programs, and the only option for uninstalling ME3 is getting rid of the Steam version. I know, because I accidentally uninstalled it and had to re-download afterward.
If I find a fix, I'll come back and share what I found.
^ This worked for me!
