Enter Product Code?

I'm trying to activate the game on my Origin account and it's asking me for a product code. WTF, where is it?

No sadly, I talked to EA support like three times and they had no idea what was going on. I ended up deciding to get a refund and buy outer wilds instead :|

Found a solution that worked for me ! I uninstalled the 'Origin Client App' (from the 'Apps and Features' page in Windows Settings. Then rebooted the PC, done a game file 'integrity check' - (all came back ok). Then clicked on Play. Game then asked me to download 'Origin Client App', I did and then logged in, and the game loaded. I also done this whilst having my VPN running, I did not have to turn it off at any point. Hope this helps? xx

I had to contact ea and they added the game to my origins account. They just ask you for proof of purchase but it was pretty easy and quick. They should warn you about the code when you buy the game.
