How do you switch the titan loadout for windows 10 without it taking me to the windows help thing?

Every time I press f1 to switch the titan load out it just exits me out of full screen and takes me to the help windows thing. Is there anyway to disable that so it won't be a problem for me later on? Or is there any control option that allows me to choose a different key for the titan load out?

I think there is something called game mode that helps with this in the settings.

Why would it do that? Maybe you've got something selected that shouldn't be (or vise versa).

I'm not sure what I have that shouldn't be selected so I'll look more into that
