Are the DDOS attacks over?
I've stopped playing this game a few years ago when "hackers" made the multiplayer servers unplayable and eveyone moved over to this Northstar thing. But now I'm wondering if the game is playable again.

hackers are still and issue just last night a hacker kicked me from my game and keep stalking me and followed me into a game then kicked me then started spoofing as my account in chat and started saying slurs. oh and he also was aimbotting

it seems pretty playable. I don't know why anyone would aimbot in this game. Just use controller and you get som aim assist that is strong enough to be considered aim botting. But because of how fast paste the game can be otherwise. It makes sense to have some aim assist. Don't know how it feels m/k as i rarely play fps games with m/k.

you'll experience hardcore players as well as new players. And matchmaking seems pretty balanced. I used to play it a lot on console back when it was new. So like riding a bike i get into it pretty quick again. Though. I'm no where near the skill level of the top 2 on both teams in every match. Still. Matches are more so a close tie before someone takes the victor. So i'd say it's playable.

When it comes to hackers. I honestly have no idea. Haven't encountered anyone as far as i've noticed.

Game seems solid and besides from maybe still missing a few players. It feels as it did back when it was new. It's a good game to revisit if you enjoyed it back then. And it's a good game to experience for the first time today.

yes it is playable, northstar is kinda dead last time i checked. queue times are a little bit longer than normal but nothing too bad. 1 or 2 hackers every 100 games but again, nothing too bad.
