EA is a piece of !x&*@- DONT BUY THIS GAME
I bought this game. It FORCES you to install third party store from EA. The game doesn't start on linux. No I will not use the Windows 11 spyware OS.

So I decided to get my refund and it is not possible in my country.
Fact: It is a crime in my country do not have the right of refund in within 7 days. So a lawsuit is comming for Steam and EA. See you

There are refund if you bought in steam and havent' played for 2 hours or more. You can use custom windows. Linux is not made to play games anyway mostly. It still doesn't have proper gpu drivers with gpu setup soo ye what you have been expecting)

Can't you just Proton it?
I'm running it on Proton. The EA stuff is annoying but it works despite it.

Especially when you realise that it says quite clearly on the store page for the game that it
1) Incorporates 3rd party DRM: EA online activation and Origin client installation and background use required.
2) Requires 3rd party account: EA account linked to Steam account
3) Requires agreement to a 3rd party EULA
4) EA Play subscription requires acceptance of EA play terms.

But then I guess you didn't read any of that before you went on your little rant did you.

Or even simpler, Windows only in the OS requirements...

what a crybaby
Imagine coping so hard you dont do youre research before you buy something and youre mad so you threaten to sue them lol
Why are people so surprised by this? Any game that has its own proprietary DRM will require another launcher. Far Cry and Assassin's Creed require Ubisoft launcher, regardless if you bought it on Steam. Battlefield and Titanfall require EA App (formerly Origin). That's just how it is. If you only want one launcher/DRM, buy it directly from EA, not on Steam. If you don't know what DRM's a game has, check the page on pcgamingwiki.com first.
