wrong ea account
it has the wrong ea acount. and i have no idea how to change it to the right one, its one of my family members counts and i oviously would like it to be my accont.

Okay, so, go to the account info of the EA account, go to connections, then go to steam, and unlink. Then launch the game again to open the link EA account prompt, but make SURE you link the right one, or you'll have to wait 6 months to link it again.
